Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales strategy and revenue growth across luxury and off-plan developments
  • Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams and broker networks
  • Build strong relationships with top brokerage firms, HNIs, and investors
  • Oversee pricing, inventory management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Represent Sobha Realty at global roadshows, exhibitions, and investor event

What We're Looking For -

  • 8+ years of real estate sales experience; 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong exposure to UAE Real estate market
  • Proven record in Real Estate Developer Sales and Strong Broker Relations
