Role Description

This full-time on-site Sales Engineer role is based in New Cairo. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support during the sales process, ensuring that customer needs align with product solutions. The role involves collaborating with clients, understanding technical requirements, preparing presentations, and conducting product demonstrations. You will also contribute to developing competitive strategies to achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and ability to identify and solve technical challenges for clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts or Fine Arts (Interior Design, Dcor, or related specialization)
  • Previous experience 2 to 4 years in furniture sales and design, or a similar role combining sales with engineering/design consulting
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in Sales with an understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • Familiarity with providing Technical Support for specialized product solutions
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in the furniture or design industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency & Fluency in English language is preferred but not required
