Sales Engineer

Based in New Cairo, Dafa is committed to delivering high-quality, environmentally-conscious solutions to its clients.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in New Cairo. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing tailored technical solutions, and promoting the company's cutting-edge heating systems. The role includes delivering technical support, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. Regular interaction with customers to provide effective solutions and ensure satisfaction is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

• Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to recommend and implement tailored solutions
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish trust and maintain long-term client relationships
• Experience in Sales to effectively identify, negotiate, and close business opportunities
• Proficiency in problem-solving and providing innovative technical solutions
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with eco-friendly heating solutions and related systems is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Strong presentation and collaboration skills
