Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling technical products and solutions, providing technical support to clients, and assisting in meeting sales goals. Daily tasks include analyzing customer needs, offering tailored solutions, managing client relationships, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure product compatibility and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand and communicate technical specifications and solutions
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain excellent client relationships
• Proficiency in Sales to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to address customer requirements effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with the steel or industrial sector is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic
