Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meets Sales targets for the assigned market(s) through our partners and in accordance with the overall policies and objectives.
- Builds sales pipeline via customer visits, site visits, training, and sales presentations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
- Help prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the company's product portfolio, including technical specifications, features, and applications.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including product specifications, solution designs, and proposal materials.
- Support site visits and technical assessments to showcase product capabilities and gather customer feedback.
- Address technical queries from clients and provide clear, accurate information about product features and benefits.
- Monitor and follow up on each project delivery time.
- Follow up and support the payment collection process.
- Provide regular updates to the Product Sales Section Head on technical support activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Document and report any issues or challenges encountered during the sales process to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide administrative and technical support to the sales team, including organizing meetings, tracking sales activities, and managing technical resources.
- Assist the sales team by providing technical information and support during the sales process.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to develop technical and sales skills.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales or a relevant field
- Excellent English Level
- Computer skills: CRM, MS Office
- Excellent Communication, Presentation and negotiation skills.
