Sales Engineer

For a Very well-known company located in Cairo, Egypt, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying customer needs, providing technical consultation, and offering tailored engineering solutions. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales by identifying customer needs and providing suitable engineering solutions and product consultation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients across target sectors
• Identify new business opportunities and establish new accounts through proactive market outreach and client engagement
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimates, in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements to successfully close sales opportunities
• Support the introduction, promotion, and development of new products in the market
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering including Chemical Engineering
• 2–4 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a related role
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably dealing with Government entities, Contractors, or EPC companies
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• English proficiency: B2 level or above
