Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying client needs, developing technical solutions, and presenting these solutions to clients. Key responsibilities include providing technical support during the sales process, collaborating with the sales and technical teams to address client inquiries, and building strong relationships with customers. The Sales Engineer will also analyze client requirements to offer tailored products and services that align with their project's needs.
Qualifications
- 3 Years Experience in Sales Engineering and providing technical solutions.
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent Communication abilities to confidently explain technical information and address client inquiries effectively.
- Experience in Technical Support, including problem-solving and troubleshooting customer issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the design-build industry is an advantage.
