Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, providing technical support for HVAC solutions, and collaborating with customers to identify their specific needs. They will prepare and deliver technical presentations, assist the sales team in meeting targets, and ensure tailored solutions are implemented effectively. The role requires active problem-solving and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a solid understanding of technical solutions
• Experience in Sales and strong Customer Service skills
• Exceptional Communication skills and ability to engage with clients effectively
• Ability to provide Technical Support and address customer concerns effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and capability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC systems, or a related field
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry and prior relevant work experience is advantageous
