About ARC Athlete RecoveryARC Athlete Recovery is a high-performance recovery solutions brand delivering premium recovery tools such as ice baths, saunas, compression therapy, and red-light therapy to athletes, corporates, wellness centers, gyms, and distributors across the GCC. As part of our expansion in Dubai, we seek a proactive Sales Executive who understands the performance/fitness/wellness market and can drive B2B growth.
Role OverviewThe Sales Executive will be responsible for generating B2B sales opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demos, and building long-term relationships with fitness facilities, sports performance centers, physiotherapy clinics, corporates, and hospitality clients.
This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the fitness industry, and the ability to close opportunities independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify and approach potential customers: fitness centers, physiotherapy clinics, sports academies, hotels, wellness/lifestyle facilities, and corporates.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline; manage CRM entries and follow-through.
- Conduct in-person sales visits, facility walk-ins, and relationship-building meetings.
- Deliver product demos of ARC recovery solutions (ice bath, compression boots, sauna, etc).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Management
- Understand client requirements and offer the right product mix.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and assist in negotiation & closure.
- Support onboarding and transition to operations for installation/service coordination.
Market Intelligence
- Maintain awareness of fitness trends, competition, and market activity.
- Recommend strategic activities (events, partnerships, exhibitions) to improve brand presence.
Reporting & Tracking
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and forecasts.
- Maintain disciplined documentation of sales activities through CRM.
Required Qualifications & SkillsMust-Haves
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred).
- 25 years of sales experience(fitness/wellness/physiotherapy/sports equipment industry preferred).
- Valid UAE driving licenseand willingness to travel across the UAE.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills(English required; Arabic is a plus).
- Strong understanding of the fitness ecosystem and comfort engaging with gym owners, trainers, facility managers, and athletes.
Skills
- Closing ability and negotiation confidence.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc).
