The Job in a Nutshell
We're hiring a dynamic Sales Executive to drive GetPayIn's growth by sourcing, closing, and expanding revenue from new and existing clientsprimarily selling our tourism SaaS solutions. This role also offers a fast-track growth path with the opportunity to lead a sales team.
What You Will Do
- Drive growth: Lead revenue execution and contribute to strategic, data-driven sales planning.
- Achieve targets: Meet daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and maintain a strong closing ratio.
- Generate leads: Build pipeline through outreach, campaigns, and content; convert demos into sales.
- Manage relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and upsell.
- Use CRM effectively: Track pipeline, activities, and reporting with high accuracy.
- Work data-first: Use CRM insights to optimize performance and sales strategy.
- Keep learning: Complete training, stay updated on product releases, and strengthen sales skills.
- Bring a startup mindset: Contribute ideas and take ownership in a fast-moving environment.
What Will You Do
- Education: BS/BA in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 23 years in direct sales (IT, payments software, or SaaS) preferred. High-potential fresh graduates with strong SaaS sales ambition are welcome.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Languages: Excellent Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Traits: Self-starter, organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion: Excited about technology and building within a high-growth SaaS company.
