Are you a sales professional who can open doors over the phone and close deals face to face Do you have proven experience in telesales and B2B sales, and the drive to turn conversations into long-term clients If so, we want to hear from you!

Position: Sales Executive (Accounting Services)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive Salary + Attractive Incentives

About Us: GoStride Ventures is a growing UAE-based company providing accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, and payroll services to businesses across the Emirates. We pride ourselves on quality, reliability, and long-term client relationships. With demand for professional accounting and tax compliance support rising across the UAE, we are looking for a driven sales professional to bring our services to more companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business for GoStride Ventures accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, and payroll services through outbound calls, follow-ups, and client visits.
  • Identify and qualify prospects, reach business owners and key decision-makers, and convert enquiries into signed engagements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from the first call through proposal, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and spot opportunities to expand the services they use.
  • Keep the sales pipeline and client records up to date, with regular reporting on calls, meetings, and conversions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings and at networking and business events.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales and B2B sales; experience selling accounting, tax, or other professional services is an advantage.
  • Confident and persuasive on the phone, with the ability to reach decision-makers and secure meetings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A working understanding of UAE business requirements such as bookkeeping, VAT, and corporate tax compliance is an advantage; full training on our services will be provided.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
