Role Summary
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging with clients, and ensuring the successful promotion and sale of our products across various channels. Your efforts will directly support our retail, corporate, and distribution operations. This position requires strong communication skills, customer-oriented thinking, and a passion for premium products.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of strategic sales initiatives across retail, corporate, and distribution channels.
- Approach and manage relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
- Actively pursue corporate orders for seasonal and year-round gifting.
- Collaborate with delivery platforms and distribution partners to enhance visibility and sales.
- Gather market feedback and share insights on customer preferences and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on promotions and stock.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and maintain accurate sales records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the House of Cocoa brand with excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 24 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or food & beverage sectors.
- Experience in client relationship management and corporate sales is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
