JOB TITLE

Sales Executive | MAF Retail | Head Office Egypt

Role Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for providing clients with the products and service required, as well as maintaining good relationships with existing clients. The role holder will also be handling clients complains, concerns and escalate the same to the Business Development Manager.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Introduce and recommend products to clients, ensuring sales align with margin expectations.
  • Act as a key contact between the company and existing/potential clients.
  • Advise clients on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions when applicable.
  • Maintain and sustain excellent partnerships with all clients through regular communication and relationship-building activities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales coordinators to ensure high levels of customer service and seamless order processing.
  • Promptly address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for product promotion and sales growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or management or marketing .
  • 3+ years experience in Food Service, dealing specifically with HORECA Channel .
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the retail sector.
