Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients, including airlines, travel agents, banks, financial institutions, and corporate accounts.
- Own and achieve/exceed assigned sales targets by closing new deals and expanding existing accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to grow revenue for Plaza Premium Lounges, Aerotel, F&B outlets, and other PPG products and services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, and effectively communicate PPG's value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales follow-up.
- Prepare and issue quotations, contracts, and agreements, ensuring timely closure of deals.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Accurately forecast sales performance and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, and marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
- Drive ancillary revenue, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with sales procedures, reporting, and budget control.
Sales Discipline & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and timely updates of sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and client records.
- Track account performance and take corrective actions to maximize revenue.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 34 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the travel, aviation, hospitality.
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to source and close new business independently.
- Demonstrated experience in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
