Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients, including airlines, travel agents, banks, financial institutions, and corporate accounts.
  • Own and achieve/exceed assigned sales targets by closing new deals and expanding existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to grow revenue for Plaza Premium Lounges, Aerotel, F&B outlets, and other PPG products and services.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, and effectively communicate PPG's value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales follow-up.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, contracts, and agreements, ensuring timely closure of deals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast sales performance and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, and marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
  • Drive ancillary revenue, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with sales procedures, reporting, and budget control.

Sales Discipline & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and timely updates of sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and client records.
  • Track account performance and take corrective actions to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • 34 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the travel, aviation, hospitality.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to source and close new business independently.
  • Demonstrated experience in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
