Sales Executive

RMA PPF is expanding and we are looking for a highly motivated, driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a high performance role for someone who thrives on closing deals, building relationships and delivering world class service to automotive enthusiasts and premium vehicle owners.

As a Sales Executive at RMA PPF you will be responsible for generating new business, managing enquiries and converting leads into long term clients. You will represent the brand with confidence and professionalism while guiding customers through our paint protection film and vehicle enhancement services.

You will be expected to chase opportunities, overcome objections and consistently exceed targets.

Generate new leads through walk ins referrals partnerships and outbound activity

Handle inbound enquiries from website campaigns and social platforms

Qualify prospects and recommend the right PPF solutions for their vehicle

Conduct showroom and workshop tours for customers

Prepare quotations and follow up relentlessly to close deals

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Build strong relationships with clients dealers and partners

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Represent RMA PPF at automotive events activations and launches

Work closely with operations and marketing teams to deliver seamless customer journeys

Fluent English speaker

Previous automotive sales experience preferred

Strong passion for cars and vehicle enhancement

Highly motivated competitive and target driven

Resilient and persistent with the ability to overcome objections

Confident communicator in person on the phone and online

Professional appearance and premium brand mindset

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

UAE driving licence preferred

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
