About the Role:
We're seeking a sales executive to drive consistent sales of premium hydroponic vegetables to UAE HORECA clients by converting chef trials into standing weekly orders while maintaining margins and minimizing wastage.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, F&B Managers, and Procurement
- Conduct product trials, tastings, and menu integrations
- Convert trials into fixed weekly standing orders
- Weekly demand forecasting aligned with harvest cycles
- Price negotiation within approved margins
- Coordinate daily/next-day deliveries with operations
- Ensure timely collections (3045 days HORECA credit cycle)
- Track competitor pricing (imports and local farms)
- Onboard new restaurant and hotel openings
- Maintain zero/low wastage discipline
Requirements:
- 37 years UAE B2B HORECA sales experience (fresh produce / food supply preferred)
- Existing chef and purchasing contacts in UAE
- Strong follow-up and field execution skills
- Comfortable with WhatsApp-based ordering and daily site visits
- Basic Excel / CRM knowledge
- UAE driving license mandatory
- English mandatory; Arabic an advantage; Hindi/Urdu a plus
