Job Description

This is an 8-month contract-based program offering hands-on experience, structured learning, and continuous mentorship to help you develop core skills in sales, client relationship management, and financial advisory.

Job Description:

  • Participate in a structured graduate program designed to develop sales, client relationship, and financial advisory skills.
  • Identify and approach potential clients through referrals, personal networks, and company-generated leads.
  • Assist in scheduling and conducting client meetings to understand their financial protection and insurance needs.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Learn how to present and explain AXA's insurance, savings, and retirement solutions to clients.
  • Identify potential cross-selling opportunities across Life, Health, and General insurance products.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with AXA policies, underwriting requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning to develop product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and actively participate in team meetings and development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Fresh graduates.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, result-driven, and eager to learn.
