Legnano Teknoelectric Company Middle East, worldwide leader in the production of high-performance cores and laminations for transformers & reactors, is looking for its Dubai seat a reliable Sales person to support and develop the global market.
Responsibilities:
- To develop trust with customers to be the first contact point when they need assistance.
- To formulate competitive quotations, considering best available product and appropriate technical and commercial considerations for each individual situation.
- To provide daily support to customers with prices and availability, technical support, order management and post-sales support.
- To provide excellent service and representation to customers through accurate order management, call and meeting handling with professional communications.
- To ensure accuracy of documentation including quotation entry, order entry, shipping, invoicing and finance systems
- To ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g. order, technical, payment) by coordinating with various teams.
- To be available to travel worldwide.
- To provide market feedback and information to Sales team and Management.
- To support Sales team planning and implementing sales strategies to maximize market share.
- To prepare and analyse regular statistics.
Languages:
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Excellent written and verbal Italian
- Additional language is an advantage
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively interface with all levels of customers
- Ability to work independently and in team
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales department (in a manufacturing industry is an advantage)
