Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve BYD's sales targets in the KSA market.
- Lead and manage the BYD sales team, ensuring consistent performance and goal attainment.
- Establish relationships with key dealership partners to optimize distribution and customer reach.
- Monitor sales trends and provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales goals.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Represent the company at industry events and maintain a strong professional network.
- Other tasks assigned by Country Manager.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the premium automotive sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
