Role Overview

The Sales Manager will lead and manage a high-performing B2C real estate sales team, driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role suits a hands-on, field-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic, global organization and can inspire teams to consistently exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that maximize market share and performance.
  • Set clear individual and team KPIs; monitor results through CRM systems and data-driven insights.
  • Conduct daily meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations to maintain focus and momentum.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and strategy teams to align on lead generation and conversion initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, performance data, and customer feedback to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • 67+ years of B2C sales experience, ideally in real estate, brokerage, or other high-value consumer industries.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Strong leadership background managing 10+ direct reports (20+ total).
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi real estate market.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Resilient, self-driven, and able to lead under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
