Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Manager at Danat Travels, located in Riyadh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing existing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Tasks include leading sales teams, meeting revenue targets, conducting market analysis, creating tailored travel packages, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service. This role involves collaboration with internal teams to optimize operational efficiencies and enhance travel offerings.

Qualifications

  • Travel industry experience is a must.
  • B2C experience is a must.
  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Leadership, Team Management, and Performance Tracking
  • Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, Destination Planning, and Market Trends
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM Systems, Data Analysis, and Sales Reporting
  • Ability to design and manage tailor-made travel and tourism packages
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel, or a related field
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration
