About the Role

Galaxy Realty LLC is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead and scale our off-plan sales operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a strong broker, investor, and HNI network, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a high-performing sales team focused on off-plan developments.
• Drive unit bookings through investor outreach, broker partnerships and events.
• Oversee the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract handover.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and developer standards.
• Analyze market trends, pricing and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and prepare monthly performance reports for senior management.

Candidate Profile

• 3 years in UAE real estate sales, with experience in a lead role
• Proven experience in off-plan projects and team-based sales targets.
• Strong investor, broker and HNI network.
• Fluent in English (Arabic/Russian is a plus).
• Proficient with CRM tools and reporting systems.
• Results-driven, resilient and commercially sharp.
