Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales within the exhibitions sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale corporate exhibitions and turnkey solutions, with a proven ability to drive revenue, build long-term client relationships, and close high-value deals.

This role focuses on both business development and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales activities for all exhibitions .

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across public and private sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and partners.

• Prepare and present professional commercial proposals in coordination with design, production, and technical teams.

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming events to drive strategic sales initiatives.

• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5–10 years of proven sales experience in exhibitions, or large corporate projects.

• Strong understanding of exhibition stands, and turnkey event solutions.

• Demonstrated success in selling to government and corporate clients.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to work closely with creative, technical, and operations teams.

• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Experience in the Saudi market mandatory.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Sales Target Achievement: Monthly and quarterly revenue targets and closed deals.

Business Development: Number of new clients, meetings, and qualified leads generated.

Deal Closure Rate: Conversion of opportunities into confirmed projects.

Proposal Effectiveness: Timely submission and win rate of commercial proposals.

Client Satisfaction: Feedback and repeat business from existing clients.

Account Growth: Expansion of key accounts and long-term partnerships.

Reporting & CRM Compliance: Accuracy and consistency of sales reporting.
