Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role at Masar Al Ameen Real Estate L.L.C., located in Dubai. The Sales Manager will oversee property sales and secondary processes, lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets, and develop customer relationships. Responsibilities include creating sales strategies, analyzing market trends, managing client meetings, and closing deals. In addition, the Sales Manager will ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on guiding sales teams to success
  • Deep knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation tactics, and market analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and relevant industry standards
  • Familiarity with training and developing agents.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals effectively
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in real estate sales (minimum 3 years).
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is considered a plus
