Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager Real Estate to lead, motivate, and scale our sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate has deep market knowledge, a proven track record in off-plan and secondary sales, and strong leadership skills to drive revenue growth in a highly competitive luxury market.

This role is for a results-oriented professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and grow a team of real estate sales consultants
  • Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for off-plan and secondary market properties
  • Monitor daily sales activities, pipelines, and deal closures
  • Train, mentor, and motivate agents to achieve and exceed targets
  • Build strong relationships with developers, property owners, and key partners
  • Oversee client negotiations and support high-value deal closings
  • Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and company policies
  • Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Requirements
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
  • At least 12 years in a Sales Manager / Team Leader role
  • Proven ability to close deals and lead high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai off-plan and secondary markets
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
  • RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and professional mindset
