About RAISE & RAISE Summit

RAISE is building an outcome-driven summit platform that connects startups, investors, corporates, and public sector leaders through high-energy experiences such as showcases, deal rooms, curated matchmaking, and strategic partner activations.

As a Sales, Partnerships & Growth Fellow, you will contribute to the commercial and ecosystem growth of RAISE Summit by supporting partnership development, outreach campaigns, and sponsor engagement. You will help build pipelines, advance opportunities, and assist in converting leads into real partnerships and revenue.

Program Details

Duration: 4 months (MarchJune)

Location: Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt (Hybrid onsite for key meetings and summit activations)

Type: Apprenticeship / Fellowship Program

Compensation: performance-based commission on closed deals

Time Commitment: Part-time to full-time (flexible around university schedules)

What You'll Work On (Core Focus)

You will contribute to building and advancing commercial pipelines across:

Sponsors (brand partnerships and sponsorship packages)

Partners (ecosystem, media, and community partnerships)

Booths / Exhibitors (startup showcases, sector participation, activations)

Deals & Collaborations (introductions, partnership opportunities, and relationship development)

Responsibilities

Research and build targeted lists of potential sponsors, partners, and exhibitors across key sectors.

Conduct multi-channel outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls to initiate partnership conversations.

Qualify leads by understanding partner needs, goals, and potential collaboration value.

Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings with relevant decision-makers.

Support the preparation of partnership materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, and tailored proposals.

Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline tracking, documenting leads, follow-ups, and progress.

Assist with proposal follow-ups and deal coordination as partnerships progress.

Support partner onboarding, ensuring sponsor deliverables and participation requirements are organized.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support partner campaigns and visibility.

Assist with on-ground coordination during summit activations, including sponsor and exhibitor readiness.

Take initiative in small growth projects, such as targeted outreach campaigns or partnership research.

What Success Looks Like (Measurable Outcomes)

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sponsor and partner leads.

Secure a number of qualified prospect meetings through outreach efforts.

Contribute to advancing partnership opportunities toward signed agreements.

Produce high-quality partnership proposals and materials on schedule.

Provide clear weekly reporting on outreach activity and pipeline progress.

What We're Looking For (Youth Talent)

Final-year university student or recent graduate (03 years experience).

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable conducting outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls.

Highly organized and detail-oriented when managing multiple leads and follow-ups.

Proactive, ambitious, and coachable with a strong interest in growth-driven environments.

Interest in startups, innovation, partnerships, events, or business development.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Previous experience in sales, marketing, campus ambassador programs, or events.

Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking systems.

Experience using Google Sheets or Excel for data tracking.

Basic understanding of sponsorships or partnership models.
