Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative based in Markaz Sohag, with flexibility for occasional remote work. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales by identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance and financial solutions, and building strong relationships with clients. Daily responsibilities include contacting potential clients, conducting needs assessments, proposing appropriate solutions, and meeting sales targets. You will also be required to maintain detailed records of client interactions and provide superior customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and close deals effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and nurture client relationships.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
  • An understanding of financial products, insurance solutions, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and flexibility in managing both in-person and remote engagements.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is beneficial.
