This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt.

About the Role

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging potential customers, developing and maintaining relationships, and understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Managing sales pipelines
  • Delivering product training to clients
  • Collaborating with the sales management team to meet targets

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to strategically handle pipelines, close deals, and achieve targets.
  • Experience in Training and the ability to educate clients on product usage and benefits.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with smart lock technology or a background in tech-related sales is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt with a flexible, dynamic mindset.
