Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. The Sales Specialist will focus on generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting robotics workshops to educational institutions and individuals. The role also involves conducting client meetings, presenting course benefits, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets. Additionally, assisting in training sessions where sales techniques and product knowledge are enhanced will be part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and drive business growth
  • Ability to conduct training and mentor other team members
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
  • Adaptability to work both in-person in Cairo and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the education or technology sector is a plus
