Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Account Manager to manage and grow our Key Accounts as well as oversee most wholesalers sales in the company. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships, boost sales performance, and ensure consistent customer satisfaction with high-value and wholesale clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with the company's major strategic accounts.
- Oversee and expand wholesalers sales across all relevant territories.
- Conduct regular visits and communication with wholesalers to increase product movement and brand presence.
- Understand client and wholesaler needs and recommend suitable dcor/imported product solutions.
- Achieve sales targets for both key accounts and wholesale sectors.
- Prepare offers, quotations, and presentations tailored to wholesalers and big accounts.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, stock levels, and after-sales service.
- Handle client issues or complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams: procurement, logistics, and finance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for key account performance and wholesalers sales.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, especially with wholesalers or key accounts.
- Experience in dcor, construction materials, furniture, or import sectors is a strong plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage large client portfolios.
- Ability to work independently and handle on-ground visits effectively.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
