Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and pitching products and services. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, conducting market research, collaborating with team members, and meeting sales targets. The role also requires providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct Training sessions for knowledge enhancement
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM or sales-related software is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Fluent in spoken and written English; additional language skills are desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field
