Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Cairo. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing client relationships, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and executing sales strategies. Collaboration with team members to achieve sales goals and participation in relevant training sessions will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Proven experience in Sales and the ability to identify and maximize opportunities for revenue growth
  • Experience in Sales Management and leadership skills to achieve team and individual sales targets
  • Ability to participate in and apply Training sessions to improve sales strategies and performance
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and understanding of sales metrics
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
