Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and connecting with prospective clients, managing sales pipelines, conducting client consultations, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets through strategic planning and execution of sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in conducting Training and sharing knowledge to help clients or team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software is preferred.
  • Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in the financial services or business consulting sector is an advantage.
  • Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
