We are an international IT company with over 25 years of global experience. We are seeking a Sale Representative.

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth. The Sales Representative will work closely with marketing teams to develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic partnerships with local stakeholders and industry partners to enhance the market presence and adoption of our products.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations to drive business growth.
  • Identify and develop opportunities with end users and customers.
  • Lead negotiations, manage the sales cycle, and close deals effectively to meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets, expand the customer base, and increase market share within the United Arab Emirates.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and results.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Requirements:

  • Work experience in the Cyber Security sector (IT).
  • Experience in identifying and engaging potential customers and partners within the IT market in the region.
  • Strong understanding of corporate sales principles (B2B) and comprehensive knowledge of the UAE market dynamics.
