Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, charismatic Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will be the face of One Sixty One Interiors to clients and partners, playing a key role in driving revenue growth by building lasting relationships, identifying client needs, and presenting tailored interior solutions that align with our brand's values and design philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for One Sixty One Interiors, ensuring a premium client experience at every touchpoint.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market research.
- Conduct consultations to understand client needs and preferences, translating them into effective design recommendations.
- Collaborate with the design team to present proposals, mood boards, and pricing in a compelling and professional manner.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales in alignment with company goals.
- Maintain knowledge of interior design trends, product offerings, and industry developments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM software and provide regular reporting to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in interior design sales, luxury retail, or a related field.
- A strong eye for design and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
- Ability to understand client vision and collaborate closely with design professionals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and (ideally) design presentation software.
