Role Overview

We're looking for a Sales Specialist who understands B2B sales, enjoys building relationships, and knows how to sell value not just features.

Job Title: Sales Specialist

Location: Saudi Arabia / Insite

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities for Serva's SaaS products
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation demos proposals closing
  • Conduct product demos tailored to customer needs (fleet size, use cases, operations)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS experience is a strong plus)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply
  • Experience selling to enterprises, SMEs, or fleet-related businesses is a plus
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Arabic (native) and English (professional)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fleet management, mobility, logistics, or fintech SaaS
  • Existing network in Saudi businesses or fleet operators
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnels
