This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Qesm El Maadi. The Sales Specialist will maintain and foster relationships with clients, identify their insurance needs, and present tailored coverage options. Responsibilities include generating leads, meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with the team to ensure client satisfaction. The candidate will also assist in training programs and collaborate on sales strategies to support business growth.

• Proficient in Communication and Customer Service, with a strong ability to establish trust and rapport with clients
• Experience in Sales and achieving sales targets within a competitive environment
• Familiarity with Sales Management and the ability to influence and drive results
• Ability to participate in and conduct effective Training sessions
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic workplace environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
