Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Al Jizah, Egypt. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting products, providing an exceptional shopping experience, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include offering in-depth product knowledge, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store, meeting sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with customers. Additionally, the Salesperson will assist with inventory management, promote ongoing offers or promotions, and uphold the brand's values of innovation, fit, and quality.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Customer service expertise, sales skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, including store organization and inventory management
- Proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking
- Passion for fashion, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Prior sales or retail experience is a plus
