Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Parts Sales Specialist based in New Cairo, offering some flexibility for remote work. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing comprehensive product and service information, ensuring customer satisfaction, executing sales transactions, and managing inventory to meet customer demand. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with team members to improve sales performance and optimize inventory control processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure an exceptional experience for all clients.
  • Effective Communication skills to convey information clearly to customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in Sales, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Control processes to ensure product availability and efficient stock management.
  • Ability to thrive in both team-oriented and independent work environments.
  • Familiarity with sales and inventory software systems is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or training in sales or customer service are advantageous.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
