Summary-
We are looking for a Secretary to undertake various administrative tasks and support our team. You will handle confidential information, organize files, schedule meetings, and provide support to managers and employees.
Job Responsibility-
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Candidate Requirements-
- Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
