Senior Account Manager – Digital Agency

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team and lead key client accounts while ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing projects and campaigns.

• Manage and develop strong relationships with key clients.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Understand clients business objectives and translate them into effective digital strategies.
• Lead and supervise account executives and coordinate with creative, social media, media buying, and production teams.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, and client expectations.
• Prepare and present proposals, strategies, reports, and performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and additional services.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Handle client feedback, challenges, and escalations professionally.
• Participate in pitches and new business opportunities when required.

• 4–6+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of social media, digital advertising, content, and integrated campaigns.
• Proven experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Working hours:

- 5 Weekdays (Sun - Thurs): 8 hours from 10 am to 6 pm

- Fridays & Saturdays Off

- Location: 5th Settlement

- Job Type: Full-Time

- Salary is negotiable based on experience.
