Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive campaign success across regional markets. This role is pivotal in managing 360-degree advertising campaigns while ensuring client satisfaction, internal coordination, and creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Leadership:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications and needs.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through ongoing strategic dialogue and weekly meetings.
- Understand client businesses thoroughly, providing strategic advice and innovative ideas to drive brand performance.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns in line with client objectives.
Campaign & Project Management:
- Oversee full-cycle management of 360 advertising campaigns from creative briefing to delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams across UAE, Egypt, and KSA to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Develop detailed proposals, reports, presentations, and post-campaign analyses.
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement.
External Coordination:
- Liaise with clients to understand their advertising requirements and translate them into actionable briefs.
- Present campaign strategies, creative concepts, and media plans alongside internal teams.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and reporting ensuring transparency and effectiveness.
- Support new business pitches and maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities.
Internal Leadership:
- Coordinate across Creative, Social Media, and other departments to align resources and meet project goals.
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Facilitate internal briefings, reviews, and feedback loops to maintain project momentum.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 56 years of experience in Advertising Account Management or Client Servicing.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing integrated campaigns (360), preferably with exposure to automotive clients.
- Exceptional client communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of the creative process, media planning, and digital strategies.
- Solid project management capabilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
