Senior Architect

To lead and manage architectural design activities within the Design Department for Living Yards real estate development projects, ensuring high-quality architectural and BIM-based design outputs, fully compliant with local regulations, ministerial decrees, building permits, and civil defense requirements, while applying consultancy-level design best practices.

Main Activities/ Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design works across all project stages (Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design).

Prepare, develop, review, and modify architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and interior design works.

Ensure full compliance with Egyptian codes, ministerial decrees, building permit requirements, and civil defense regulations.

Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, faade, and landscape disciplines.

Develop creative, functional, and market-oriented landscape design proposals suitable for real estate development projects.

Develop, manage, and coordinate architectural BIM models in line with project and company standards. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support clash detection and resolution.

Support authority submissions, technical reviews, and design approvals.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects within the Design Department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 10+ Years of experiences.
• Very good to excellent English language speaker.
• Architectural & Regulatory Skills.
• BIM Requirements.
• Software Proficiency (AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & SketchUp) (Navisworks (preferred).
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
