Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural conceptand design directionfor ultra-luxury privateresidences from inception.
- Generate bold, intelligent architectural responses rooted in site, climate,context, and client narrative.
- Develop strong massing strategies, faade concepts, volumetric studies, and spatialsequences that demonstrate clarity and authorship.
- Drive architectural storytelling - translating ideasinto compelling visuals,models, and presentations.
- Produce and oversee conceptand developed designpackages, ensuring the original architectural vision is protected throughout.
- Collaborate closelywith structural, MEP, and specialist consultants to integratetechnical requirements without diluting design intent.
- Mentor and inspire junior team members,fostering a cultureof high creative standards.
- Present design concepts confidently to private clients,articulating ideas with clarity and conviction.
- Work collaboratively with the interior design team to ensure seamlessarchitectural cohesion where required.
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in high-end residential architecture, ideally ultra-luxury private villas.
- Professional qualification in Architecture.
- A strong, concept-driven portfolio demonstrating clear architectural authorship and originality.
- Exceptional creativeability - confident in proposing bold ideas whilemaintaining refinement.
- Advanced spatial planning skillswith a sophisticated understanding of scale, proportion, light, and materiality.
- Excellent 3D modelling capability (SketchUp essential), with strong visualcommunication skills.
- Natural design leader with the abilityto elevate studiostandards.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong design judgement.
- Strong portfolio outlining your high end residential projects.
Salary is 25k - 30k plus add ons.
