Role Description

The Senior Architecture (BIM) Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves leading Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, producing and reviewing construction drawings, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on architectural, civil, and MEP designs. The engineer will oversee design workflows, ensure compliance with project standards, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. The position also entails ensuring project deliverables meet timelines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.
• Advanced expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and tools.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), and Architectural design principles.
• Experience and technical skills in Architecture Engineering related to building projects.
• 5+ years of experience in the same role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in relevant design software (such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex design challenges.
• Prior experience in project coordination and management is a plus.
