About the role
Were hiring a senior business developer for one of the biggest construction companies in Egypt. Youll own the full business development cyclefrom market mapping and lead generation to proposals, pricing coordination, and closingpartnering closely with leadership to deliver profitable, sustainable growth in the manufacturing/building materials/construction sectors.
What youll do
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline across target segments; conduct client meetings and on-site visits.
- Lead opportunity qualification, proposal writing, and commercial negotiations to successful close.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, finance) to shape solutions, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Track KPIs (win rate, cycle time, margin) and prepare periodic revenue forecasts and account plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and tenders; recommend go-to-market actions accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and deliver executive-ready reports.
What youll need
- 5+ years of business development/sales experience, ideally in manufacturing, building materials, or construction.
- Bachelors degree; proficient in English and strong computer literacy.
- Proven negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ownership mindset, data-driven decision making, and comfort working on-site at HQ in Abou Rawash.
