The Opportunity

As a Senior BDM, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the department by developing new business opportunities and building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partners and customers. You will work closely with the sales team to develop proposals, negotiate contract terms, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Own

• Introduce the company's products to partners and customers through online and offline channels.
• Self-generate new leads, business contacts, and opportunities within the financial community.
• Identify and develop business opportunities across IBs, affiliates, and Money Managers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing IBs and customers through social media, referrals, websites, previous contacts, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
• Source and convert partner leads into sales, ensuring high-quality engagement with potential clients.
• Meet and contribute to sales revenue targets.
• Identify and report on business opportunities to increase the company's market share.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business and sales objectives.
• Gather feedback from customers and prospects and share relevant insights with internal teams.
• Execute company plans and undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications & Knowledge

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the Commodity, CFD, or Financial Services industry.
• Existing book of business and proven experience in bringing in new business is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the MENA region and a strong understanding of regional market dynamics.
• Excellent understanding of financial markets.
