Senior English Language Coach

4Level1 provides comprehensive English Language Programs tailored for adults and young adults, focusing on achieving practical, real-world communication skills. Our courses align with international CEFR standards and emphasize developing confidence in various language areas to ensure academic, professional, and social success. We deliver our programs through both online and in-person classes, serving students across the Middle East remotely and conducting face-to-face sessions in Riyadh. At 4Level1, our mission is to help learners succeed by focusing on their individual communicative goals in an engaging and supportive environment.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for a Senior English Language Coach. The role involves leading English language instruction for individuals or groups, tailoring lessons to meet diverse learning needs, and focusing on all aspects of the CEFR-based curriculum. Key responsibilities include assessing students language proficiency, designing lesson plans, providing constructive feedback, mentoring junior coaches, and fostering an engaging classroom environment for optimal learning outcomes.

• Expertise in English Language teaching, including proficiency in grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning with adherence to CEFR standards.
• Strong ability to assess language skills, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire students and mentor junior team members.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technologies for both in-person and online teaching environments.
• Certifications such as CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.
• Experience working with diverse age groups, including adults and young adults.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is an advantage.
