Key Responsibilities:

• Develop export sales in French speaking markets (Africa).
• Identify new B2B clients, distributors and partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle (Negotiation, closing and after sales follow up).
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, export documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and pricing strategies.
• Participate in international exhibitions, trade shows and client visits.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales t

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.

• Fluency in English and Frensh (written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Experience in FMCG or Food Industry is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of export procedures, international trade regulations and documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship building abilities.

• Ability to identify and develop new international markets.

• Ability to manage the full export cycle independently.

• Problem solving and decision-making skills.

• Time management and ability to handle multiple clients / markets.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
